Kendell LeRoy Spicer

Kendell LeRoy Spicer passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Murrieta, California. He was born December 13, 1951 in Orange, California to LeRoy Cookston Spicer and Ima Louise Spicer.
He graduated from Westminster High School in 1969. He went on to study music at Golden West College. He worked many jobs through his early career that eventually led to owning his own computer programming business called Select Programming Inc.
First and foremost, Kendell was a man of deep faith and spent his time serving and caring for others. He was a member of Murrieta Church of Christ and served often, mostly by leading singing, or helping with song-leading and practices. Kendell enjoyed many friendships and fellowship there. He was a fixer, and loved tinkering with anything to eventually figure out. He also loved woodworking with his daughter, and problem solving with his son. Most of all, he loved his whole family. He dedicated a lot of his time to his grandkids and kids, quality time with his wife, and connecting with his sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kendell was preceded in death by his brother Rod and both of his parents. Kendell is survived by his wife, Linda of almost 48 years, sisters Joy Spicer and Cindy Loomer, Mike and Kristy (daughter) Mulree, Brian (son) and April Spicer, and 6 grandchildren Ellie, Bethany, Noah, Tucker, Wesley, and Macy.
Memorial services for Kendell LeRoy Spicer, 69, of Murrieta will be held on Saturday, October 9th, 2021 at Murrieta Church of Christ (24750 Lincoln Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562)
