Laura Mirella Rangel

Laura "Nene" Mirella Rangel was an amazing representation of what the love of Jesus was on this earth. That loved touched her Kaiser co-workers for over 30 years, her children, her grandchilren, her siblings, her friends, her church, and so many more.
We invite you to celebrate the amazing life of our Nene on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10 am at The Awakening Church on 39681 Avenida Acacias, Murrieta, CA 92563. A Reception will follow.
I miss you Laura, your laugh, your humor and your beautiful smile! I know this was a tough journey and how badly you wanted to enjoy more of your retirement, your family and the blessings of God! You were a CHAMP, a BRAVE WOMAN and an INSPIRATION to all you knew you and the battle you faced. I was so blessed to have worked with you, sharing a laugh in the hallway or break room and a secret or two or maybe three! One thing I remember is the beautiful antique earnings you would wear. I never missed them along with your cute short hair that not many can wear unless you have a beautiful face! I called you “Beautiful Lady” because you were the hottest Senior Citizen in town and beautiful inside and out! Your beautiful smile and positive attitude through it all was amazing and a clear reflection of your strong faith and trust in our Lord through your journey. We had so much fun at lunch, laughing and talking without a break and then noticing every table around us had come and gone and we were still there! Those were memorable moments I will treasure forever! I’m so sorry your family is hurting without you here and so sorry you didn’t get to hold your new great grandbaby in your arms. I have great peace that you’re no longer in pain and are rejoicing with our Lord! Your life was short but know we will meet again! My sympathy and love goes out to all of your family.
Your friend and sister in Christ,
Michelle LaGrotta
Laura and I were best friends since grammar school through High School. We continued are friendship as adults. We were in each others weddings and shared our thoughts, goals and future plans with each other. We had some of the best laughs one can only imagine. We went in different directions but whenever we saw each other we talked and laughed as if we had never been apart. Laura was a beautiful, caring and spiritual person who will be sorely missed. Johnny you were always loved by Laura even before you knew it. Her spirit is alive in you. May God Bless you and give you strength during this difficult time.
