I worked with Irma for 16 years and she invited several of her co workers and spouses over for one of Blas cooking lessons. We all had a blast and learned the finer techniques of making authentic Mexican food. It certainly was a laugh out loud, eat great food and have fun day!
Losing Blas has made the world a little more dimmer…but if we look up we will see brighter stars in heaven because they just got a good one.
