Carmela Pulido

Carmelita Pulido Garcia was born June 26, 1956 to Efigenia Melchor and Antonio Garcia in Tarandacuao, Guanajuato Mexico. She completed second grade and then started working in Mexico City when she was just nine years old. At twenty-three years old she immigrated to the United States. She married Jose Luis Pulido and was baptized at twenty-eight. Together they raised a faithful and strong family. She became a US citizen when she was thirty-six years old. Carmelita always served in ministry and was a kingdom builder and financier. She was dedicated and passionate about life. A determined Carmelita re-learned to ride her bike at sixty-four. She absolutely loved the outdoors, was a loving and devoted mother and wife. She loved to tend to her garden, swim, hike, read her bible and pray. She was a true pillar and a mighty woman of God. Who guided her children to walk with God and to fight on their knees. Although she did not have a high school diploma or college degree she was a very successful and wise businesswoman. With a heart of gold, she spent her time caring for her elderly mom.
Carmelita went home to be with our Lord on March 4th, 2021 at Kaiser Permanente in Moreno Valley; In the presence of her oldest and youngest daughters, she was ushered into Eternity with love and worship. She is survived by her mom Efigenia, husband Jose, children Juan, Jose, Maricarmen, Lupita, Marlene, Michelle, and twenty grandchildren. She also leaves behind her loyal dog companion “Boy” and many loving family and friends.
