Carolyn Jean Wegner was born in Toledo,  Ohio on May 311935. She entered into rest with Jesus Christ her Savior on March 4, 2023. She was residing in Temecula California surrounded by loved ones in her home. Her parents were Don & Lucille Mc Callister. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark . She is survived by her daughter Cheryl White . Granddaughter, Celeste, great granddaughters Essix, Lorisa &  Sarah.  She is also survived by her son Dirk Alan Wegner (Brenda), grandsons Daniel & Derek (Alexis) & Two Great  Grandsons Derek Jr & Andrew.  There are many more relatives and loved ones too numerous to list.

Carolyn loved to travel. She traveled throughout the United States , including Alaska & Hawaii. She was most proud of her

Travels abroad to several countries  . These Ventures took her to experience the following …African Safari’s , Russia, Hong Kong,  China The Great Wall of China, Peru’s Macho Picchu which she spoke of often .Including  taking pride in herself climbing to the top of this ancient city’s great Pyramids.

In her spare time she kept herself physically active. She was a  Song Leader at Whittier High. She was a active Cub Scout ‘Leader and PTA member. As time progressed she  also ran local marathons. But her Joy was driving in her Brown 240Z Datsun , to the family Vacation home at the Colorado River. She was a avid single skier, jet skier & Boat Driver..

Carolyn enjoyed playing cards and Mexican Dominos at the  Temeku Club House. She also enjoyed playing golf.

Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend . She worked at Davis Walker Corporation in the City of Commerce, California as a Manager of Benefits Administration for 15 years.  She then worked 10 years at The City of Fullerton as a Benefits Manager in which she retired.

Carolyn moved to Temecula, California to be closer to her family in 1993. She volunteered at the Food Pantry in Temecula. She joined Southwest Christian Church and was very active there in church , Bible Study and various activities.  She later started attending  church & bible study at Calvary Chapel Church in Temecula. Carolyn kept a constant relationship throughout her life with her Lord Jesus. Knowing she would someday be back in her Lords Paradise.

Carolyn will be missed by many Friends and family alike. But mostly she will be remembered by all the joy and happiness she brought to others.
