Delphine Rose O'Neill was born of Portuguese parents in Lowell, Massachusetts to a large family, though only one brother, Tony, and one sister, Mary, are still alive. She is survived by her grandchild, Noelle Arnzen; 4 great-grandchildren Jonathan, Heather, Matthew and Allison and 3 great-great-granchildren Philip, Sadie-Lynn Rose and the newest, Haven Grace. She was a faithful member of St. Catherine Catholic Church and was determined to be the best Catholic ever. Jesus was the foundation of her life. Delphine worked in the aerospace industry for 26 years at General Dynamics.
