Harry Trent Kronenberg

Harry Trent Kronenberg, 76, went to be with his Lord on January 5, 2021 following several years of declining health due to ALS.
A native Southern Californian, Harry was born to Louis and Adelaide Kronenberg in Los Angeles on August 16, 1944. He graduated from Riverside Polytechnic High in 1962 and served his country with the United States Marine Corps from 1962-68. During his time in the Marine Corps, Harry served at the American Embassies in London, England (1964), Warsaw, Poland (1964-65) and Madrid, Spain (1965-66). He served two tours of duty on the USS Coral Sea during the Vietnam War (1966-68) and was promoted to Sergeant before his retirement from the Marines Corps. Following his service, he attended Riverside City College where he majored in Political Science with a minor in History and served as President of the Honor Society, President and Founder of Concerned Students and President of the Young Democrats. Harry married Jo Ann Lorenz on December 30, 1978.
Harry enjoyed a long career in Sales, Marketing and Product Development. He was a golf enthusiast, lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers fan, avid lover of music and a Civil War history buff though he would say that his proudest accomplishment was being a father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jo Ann Kronenberg; sons, Jeremy Jones and Harry Stewart Kronenberg; daughter, Kristina and son-in-law, Justin Cofield; grandchildren, Hayden Cofield and Callan Cofield; sister, Catherine and brother-in-law, John McLain; and niece and nephew Katherine Eggers and Sean McLain.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at England Family Mortuary, 27135 Madison Avenue in Temecula, California. Military honors interment will be privately held at Riverside National Cemetery. Memorials can be made in Harry’s name to the ALS Association.
