Hunter Emily Dail, 23, lived in Temecula and was born January 29, 1999, in Escondido, CA. Hunter was an accomplished artist, majoring in graphic art/animation and attending college at Palomar College with plans to transfer to Cal State San Marcos. She leaves behind thousands of drawings, paintings and other artwork, including an Etsy business. She loved birds and elephants, Disney, Pixar, Five Nights at Freddy’s and Pokemon. She was known for her laughter and compassion for others.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Lisa Dail of Temecula, her brother Christopher and sister Brenna. She is also survived by her boyfriend, Erik Chermack, of nine years, and had plans on marriage after college. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George Allen Dail.

She leaves behind a paternal grandmother, Joyce Dail, and both maternal grandparents, Joe and Eloise Nicosia, as well as uncles Daniel Dail, Matthew Dail, Rafael Acosta, and aunts Michelle Acosta and Tina Dail.

A celebration of life service will be held at England Family Mortuary, Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 5 p.m. with Gary Check officiating.  The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice in her name.
