To the Family of Marcey Otley:The members of P.E.O. Chapter WN send their sympathies to you. We have, for months, been trying to contact Marcey, by phone, text, and written communication. She was a very active member of our chapter and has been missed. We have recently learned that Marcey died on October 15, 2023. Needless to say, we were startled to hear this sad news. When a member dies, we hold a memorial service, which we will do soon for Marcey. We could not find an obituary and wondered if you could give us a brief outline of Marcey\’s life.
