It was an honor to have met a remarkable intelligent woman.
She loved her family, her husband(Uncle Jhun),her daughter in law(Gina), her grandchildren(Kris and Keisha), and her precious great grandchildren. She was my mother in law’s (Rosalina), youngest sister.
The first time I met her, I was welcomed right away. We had several things in common and when we had a chance to talk on the phone, we would lose track of time as we shared stories and happy moments.
She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and decorating her home. She brought the finer things in Life to Life.
John and I were fortunate enough to have visited last year, May 16. When I told her we were thinking of going to California, she kept saying, you should come and you are coming in May. So we booked the flight to the sunny west coast, knowing she would be waiting to welcome us.
Even though, a few hours with Auntie Mila and Uncle Jhun, the quality of time will always be treasured.
John and I were sad to see how much she was changing. But we did not dwell on it as she was still the caring and loving woman we knew.
We will miss you Auntie.
Much love,John,Rosemarie, Ian Lee, Nolan
