Monty, It was always a pleasure working with you as you were one of the sharpest captains, then division chiefs, I have ever known. It’s with sadness that I wish you everlasting peace.
Monty was such a good friend. We spent highschool years in Montana,working on old 55,56,57 chevys. We went through a number of them, in the late 60’s Monty had a 55 Chevy that would tear the pavement up. We had so many laughs. The Vietnam war split the gang up but it was incredibly fun catching up whenever we would get together.
