Philip Lacey died on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife, Kris; daughter Danielle (James); son James (Dawn); 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; sisters Barbara (Dave) and Cathy (Robert) as well as nieces and nephews. A celebration of Philip's life will be held at England Family Chapel on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 3:00pm.
