  1. To the Fitzgerald family , I am so deeply sorry for your loss, and know that Tony will be missed . The only comfort I can find is he is in heaven and will be united with you all one day. Prayers and blessings to you all Diane ( David’s mother).

  2. To Tony’s family and closest friends. I am sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of being in Boy Scouts with his older brothers, and Tony would always be “hanging” around us. He had an infectious smile, and was fun to have around. I am glad that I had the opportunity to reconnect with him, later in life, as he was the store manager of our local grocery store. I’d go in and razz his employees, as I would demand to speak to the manager 🙂 Tony was one of the good guys. I am truly saddened by his passing. Wish I could have spent more time with him.

  3. Tony was one of my first friends when I started with the company in 1989. He took so much pride in his work which is why he moved up so quickly in the company, but more importantly it was the way he treated his friends and co-workers. Jim Rath spoke about Tony’s infectious smile and I will never forget it! He was also very competitive which I loved because we were always playing basketball among other sports and we were always trying to top each others accomplishments. Tony was a hero and one of those rare people that would always put others first which was truly evident one dark day at work when he saved so many lives! I am proud to say that I was a friend of his because I know how much Tony loved his family and friends, nothing was more important! To Tony, I love you and am so proud of the way you lived your life. You were and always will be an inspiration to me and others! To his family, I am so sorry for your loss and I am praying for you all. He will always be with you!
