Sharon E. Penir
Sharon passed away from this life peacefully in her sleep on the morning of January 15, 2016. She was known to everyone for her dedication and love of the Lord. Sharon was the kind of person who touched the lives of everyone she met. She didn't necessarily even have to say anything, because her smile, her eyes, and her soft touch said it all. She loved with deep passion and the favor of God followed her everywhere she went. Sharon was born in Fresno, CA on December 17, 1944; where she met and later married the love of her life, Jim Penir. They continued to live in Fresno until 1976, when they made their permanenr home in Torrance, CA. Here, Sharon took great joy in being a full time mother and raising her 3 children. After her children were grown, she spent her time being a Grandmother to 10 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Sharon is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jim Penir; three children, John Penir, Shelly Penir and Kelly McClintock; ten grandchildren, Jonathan Penir, Jarrett Penir, Amanda Penir, Jessica Penir, Maxweell Penir, Johnny Michael Penir, Christian McClintock, Harrison McClintock, Matthew McClintock and Audrey McClintock; one great grandchild, Juliett Penir.
