Victoria Jean Valenzuela
March 4, 1951 ~ October 16, 2015
Victoria “Vicki” Valenzuela, 64, moved to her heavenly home on October 16, 2015 after a battle with illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm faith in Jesus Christ supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace. Vicki was born to the late Fred and Aurora Valenzuela, a Car salesman and a homemaker respectively, in Los Angeles, CA on March 4, 1951. She had 1 sister, the late Patricia Ann Fugate. She went to Gardena High School and was involved in car clubs. She attended some college in Los Angeles and became an accountant and worked as one for the rest of her life. She was a devoted daughter to her parents and an amazing friend and family member. In October of 1982 she gave birth to her only child, a daughter, named Kelley Michelle Valenzuela. In January of 1986 Fred, Aurora, Victoria and Kelley moved to Temecula and stayed in the same house until Fred, Aurora & Victoria moved to Heaven. Vicki was an amazing selfless mom that devoted her life to her daughter and made countless sacrifices for her. She unconditionally loved her daughter through every phase of life and that continued when Kelley married Andrew Robert Pryor who Vicki lovingly called her son and they had 4 children, Shawn Michael Pryor 9, Dylan Rain Pryor 6, Morgan Victoria Pryor 3 and Silas Shepherd Pryor 15 months and now another on the way. Her Christ-like servant's attitude and unconditional love only grew and she will leave that legacy with them. Vicki also deeply loved her niece and nephews Shawna Fugate, the late Chris Huffman, Steve Huffman and George Huffman. She held them in her heart like they were her own children. Vicki loved to cook! She always made yummy food for holidays and for all of Kelley's baby showers and she really enjoyed it. She also loved sports, especially NASCAR and her favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. She had a lot of fun at the races she went to with the Pryors. She became a born again Christian about 4 years ago and began attending Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship in wine country Temecula. Because of her faith in Christ we can trust that she is residing in Heaven now, which is so comforting and exciting! There is no other way to heaven except through Christ. If you have put your faith in Jesus Christ and made Him your LORD AND Savior then you too can look forward to seeing her again and being in paradise for eternity. A celebration of life will be held on November 7, 2015 at 10:30am at England Family Mortuary 27135 Madison Ave, Temecula, CA 92590 and will be officiated by Pastor Michael Pallotto with a potluck reception to follow at Victoria's home.
