William 'Bill' Oakes will be laid to rest in Crestlawn Memorial Park on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 10:00a.m. will military honors. He served in the U. S. Army Air Force during WWII / European Theatre as a aerial gunner. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara and is survived by his nephew, Greg, and long time friend, Susan.
