I am saddened to hear about Juan. Juan worked for a company I worked for for 20 years before I moved to Florida. He was a hard worker, lead a construction crew, very bright and did a lot of work for me on my house personally in Poway. Juan was a friend, well liked by any who knew him, and good father. I remember him always bringing his son along to teach him skills and craft. He was a bright light and a good man. I was saddened to hear about his passing. Condolences to his family, wife and children may you rest In peace Juan.

Juan was our neighbor and always shared a smile and friendly greeting every day of the week. He seemed to have so many skills and talents. He was always working on the family cars and creating a pretty landscape around his house and every year created a great garden in the backyard. We have respect for him and admired his many abilities and that he was always working, We are thinking about and praying for the family. We will miss him. Sincerely, David and Sandy Chase
