Diane LaPointe

Diane J. LaPointe, 62, of Temecula, California, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at home, surrounded by family and friends.She was born October 6, 1947, in New York, New York, the daughter of late William and Josephine Hawkins.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Kristine LaPointe, and her granddaughter, Alyssa Renae LaPointe, all of Santa Clarita, CA.Diane was a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and enjoyed playing piano, singing, and vocal coaching. She was an amazing cook and baker; loved to decorate cakes for special occasions long before there was an 'Ace of Cakes.'Her Rosary service will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 7:00 PM, and her Memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 11:30 AM, both, at England Family Mortuary in Temecula.
