Although we never met Dustin, we have been touched by the loving stories related to us by his grandparents, Mike and Diana. What a wonderful and brave young man he was, and everyone fortunate to know him truly has been blessed. Our sincere sympathies to his family.
Dustin, thank you for showing us how to live life to the fullest everyday. Jon & Staci, you two are pure examples of never ending faith, love and hope. Your son’s life has blessed so so many. I’m glad CJ was able to have him as a friend. Our thoughts and prayers are always with you. The Weinbergs
Every once in a while, as we travel down lifes’ road we meet someone who really shines with character – one who really stands out. To us, Dustin, you are that person. We have seen you rebound time after time from setbacks and each time with courage, strength and determination. You have helped mold that same strength of character into your mother Stacy and father Jon and sister Paige. As a young man you had many accomlishments, ribbons and medals. Dustin, we will miss you but you remain in our hearts. We long for the time when we can all be together again. We Love You.
I am so sorry for your loss. How hard it must be to watch your child leave the Earth. May he live on through others as they carry him in their heart. My thoughts are with you.
I have such great memories of Dustin. When I think him, I smile…every single time. He has made a lasting impression on me and I feel so grateful and fortuneate to have had his influence in my life. What he has given me can not be taken away. Thanks Dustin. I will miss you, but I won’t forget you!

Lewis family, we awoke to the sad news today – we all had a soft spot in our hearts for Dustin. I will never forget his wonderful MAKE A WISH day and how happy he was. Please accept our condolences and know that we will be here for you – for as long as it takes.
My heart and prayers are with you and all of your family during this difficult time. Justin, I didn’t know you personally, but if you were half the man that your grandfather Michael is, then you were an exceptional person that I would have been proud to know. Go with God, rest in eternal peace, and know while you were here, the world was a better place.

What a quiet sweet spirit you were in class, Dustin. I bet your spirit is soaring with all those twirls and flips your mother told me you learned how to do in gymnastics. Draw us a rainbow here and there when you get the chance.
