I was so sad to hear of Eds passing. I have known Ed for 23 years, we moved into LS. Condo’s the same year.
You could set your watch by Ed while speaking to him that within 1 minute of your conversation with him he would tell you how much he loves the Lord and would talk about the Bible. He knew the Bible from from cover to cover.
The Last day I saw him, he was in a big hurry running out his front door dressed in ALL WHITE, he flashes that beautiful smile at me and told me : “I am on my way to get Baptized”. He was nervous about it and the last words, he ever said to me “Where do you think I’m going when I die?” I said “Don’t worry Ed, your going to Heaven”.
There was no doubt in my mind where Ed is and I know he is at Peace and where he’s wanted to be since the day I met him!

I just heard of his passing. I am very sad. I moved out of LS a year ago but we still kept in touch but I called him several times after I move, that explains why I couldn’t reach him. We always spoke about God. He was such a beautiful person I can’t wait to see him again when Jesus resurrects him. I just wish I knew what he died of. He was so healthy. I’ll be there when you wake up again and we can continue to talk about all God’s glory.
