Memories Timeline

  1. Neil Hall was one of a kind. There will never be another man like him. He was my friend and my former boss… and I loved him. The best collector that the Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power ever had. I was proud to call him my boss and I’m proud to have called him my friend.I will forever remember him fondly.I can still hear his laughter… Love you, Neil.
