Bill was the toughest person I have ever known in terms of overcoming physical injuries and major health problems. After the horrific injuries he suffered as a result of his police M/C accident doctors said that he would never walk again. They did not know Bill and his resolve. Not only did he walk but we can attest that he water skied again just to prove he could, with a rod in his leg. I shall miss you Bill! Norm We will miss our lunch get togethers. You will always be one of our dear friends. I will miss your warm smile, the twinkle in your eyes, and your mischievous ways. Love you Bill! Laura
