It is with great sadness that the WACHSMUTH and CASSIDY family announce the passing of Marie Cécile Huguette of Lake Elsinore (Riverside) California, on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the age of 90 years. She was born on September 15, 1934, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to the late Emile Demers (1910-1993) and the late Marguerite Frappier (1911-1987). Beloved wife of the late Siegfried Wachsmuth (1933-2020), she leaves behind her daughter Linda Cassidy of Lake Elsinore, CA; 4 grandchildren: Jeffrey Cassidy (Jamie Warnock) of Ocala, FL, David Cassidy of Lake Elsinore, CA, Michael Cassidy (Jennifer White) of Lake Elsinore, CA, and John Wachsmuth of Anaheim, CA; as well as 6 great grandchildren: Jackson, Ethan, Mya, Oliver, Noelle, and Violet; and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her son Peter (1961-2019), and her brother Marcel (1930-2011).
