Kristianna Brecklyn Scholtens, passed away on July 29, 2010 at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar. Kristianna was only a few months old, she was born on May 4, 2010. A viewing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at England Family Mortuary with a funeral service immediately following the viewing. Visitations: 3:30PM to 4:00PM on Saturday, August 7th, 2010 Services: 4:00PM at England Family Mortuary on Saturday, August 7th, 2010 (map/driving directions)

Although I never had the chance to meet little Kristianna, I believe that this little angel is up in heaven with her grandmother. Kristina, you are an amazing person and no one deserves to lose a child,especially you. You are such a warm,kind and amazing person and I am glad to have had you in my life as a friend. God bless you and your family.
Kristianna you are our family’s beautiful angel! You are in our hearts and our memories forever and some day each of us will be reunited with you to love you and hug you just as we did here on earth. I know you will walk beside Kourtni and Kali forever and they will always know your presence and love. For now you are in the arms of Jesus and your beautiful Grandma and your wonderful great grandparents. We know they will love you just as we all do. This is only goodbye until the time we can see you again!!!
