Nancy Bull, age 67, of Homeland, California passed away on January 15,2011. She was born on February 11, 1943 in Providence, Rhode Island.She is survived by her son, Ken, daughter-in-law, Dana, her brother,William, her mother, Marion; and granddaughter Hannah.She was a great people networker who was always on the lookout forthings to share with close friends, church friends and clowns. Notonly did Nancy like to perform as a clown when her physical healthwould allow, she also like to spent time with others who were stillable to clown. For many years she volunteered at the storytellingbooths during the Orange and Los Angeles County Fairs telling storiesto children that pointed them to Jesus. She supported variousChristian organizations not only financially but with her services asa nurse or face-painter for children. Different local charities alsobenefited from her services as a face-painter. Nancy has worked atcamps that served both mentally disabled children and adults as wellas camps for children with asthma. She also helped at various Sundayschools for the mentally retarded. The “Joni and Friends”organization (http://www.joniandfriends.org/) was near and dear to herheart along with “Child Evangelism Fellowship”(http://www.cefonline.com/). Franklin Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse“Operation Christmas Child” ministry [ – pack a shoebox of stuff for achild in the 3rd world;(http://www.samaritanspurse.org/index.php/OCC/)] also benefited fromher yearlong gathering of items to fill the shoe boxes. Nancy alsoparticipated in preparing the shoe boxes for shipment. Senior singlesfellowships stretching from Riverside to Escondido enjoyed hercompany.Even though she will be missed by all, we can be consoled to know thatNancy was given the gift of faith and is now present with the Lord aswas evidenced by her great faith in salvation through the belief inthe blood of Jesus.   2. Nancy and I talked most every evening on the phone for many years. I did most of this listening while she shared her many adventures. She will be missed greatly.
