Patricia Derrow

Patricia Jean Derrow, 70, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at her home in Murrieta, California. She was born June 26, 1942, in Fremont, IN, and was a former resident of Libertyville, and McHenry, Illinois, living in Murrieta since 2006. Patty was in the healthcare profession for many years and was a former employee of the Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. She was an active member of the Community of Christ Church and was a former Sunday school teacher. Patty had established long time friendships and relationships in New York, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, UP of Michigan, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, California, Idaho, Washington, Alaska, Canada ... and the list goes on. As a married lady, Patty lived in Butler, Gary, and Black Oak, Indiana ... Diamond Lake, Grayslake, Libertyville, and McHenry, Illinois ... and last, but not least, Murrieta, California. She loved life and people, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed RV travel, bluegrass festivals and all kinds of musical entertainment. She is survived by her husband, Clayton; children Christopher (Cindy), Lisa (Robert), and Daniel (Tammy); 7 grandchildren: Amanda (Joshua), Aaron (Rose), Ryan, Matthew, Michael, Charles, Crystal; great-grandson Kaleb; brother Jack (Carolyn) and sisters Judith (Richard) and Slena (Kenneth). She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Binkley; brother Wilson Binkley; and sister Mary Lou Rouleau. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society and Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta. Burnett-Dane Funeral Home in Libertyville, IL is handling service arrangements.
