Ronald Wayne Stewart

Ronald W. Stewart, age 82, passed away in his home on November 29 2022. He was born in El Centro, CA and lived in various locations around Southern California, most recently residing in Temecula.

Ron was known as a devoted family man and as a source of joy for all who knew him. He was a natural salesman, specializing in modular equine housing and never met a stranger. There was always a joke for every occasion.

Ron was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Bea and Ray Measures and his father, Theodore R. Stewart. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia Ann Powell Stewart; son, Steven Ronald Stewart and wife Laurie; daughter Shelley Espinosa and husband Eddie; brother Dennis Stewart and wife Mary; sister, Deanna Ream; and grandchildren, Cody Stewart, Brandon Stewart and Cassidy Matthie.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association (act.alz.org)

A service to celebrate Ron’s life will be held at 2pm on January 6^th at the Miramar National Cemetery located at 5795 Nobel Dr. in San Diego. There will be a gathering of friends following the service at Cocina del Charro 890 W Valley Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92025.
