Betty Neil Millwee, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born on August 19, 1934, and was a loving wife to John T. Millwee, who preceded her in death.

Betty is survived by her children, Johnny Millwee (Luann), Rhonda Bye (Terry), and Rick Millwee, along with 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was a devoted matriarch who cherished her family dearly.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on March 21, 2024, at 11:00 am at England Family Mortuary. The burial will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Porterville, CA, on March 22, 2024.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of Betty, as she battled the disease with courage and grace. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to England Family Mortuary, Inc.
